In this instance you had the surge protector priced lower than anybody even in the U.S. I was pleased to email you over concerns in the shipping price, and after you adjusted it to actual price I still enjoyed considerable savings. It shipped the day I ordered it, and then I got two technical "how to" emails afterwards. Fantastic. Now I wish you sold a ton of other things because I would be a customer for life.
