"Customer Service Way Up On Your List Of Priorities"

"THANKS!! Great info to have on hand as I anticipate installation of my surge protector from Progressive Industries. Our Rushmore 5th wheel was purchased in April of 2013. Our previous RV was a motorhome and we had experienced electrical problems in it losing two TV's and fortunately nothing else. The e-mail was a surprise and a pleasant one at that. Most places sell you a product and then you're on your own. Obviously you have customer service way up on your list of priorities. Thanks for being like that!" - Jim E. (Darlington, SC)
